Raspberry Cheesecake Bars
For our final dish of the night we made some scrumptious Raspberry Cheesecake Bars that were a perfect follow up for our chinese take-out night. The recipe originally called for blueberries, but since we're bigger raspberry fans we decided to switch things up a bit. It was an incredibly simple recipe that made a perfect amount of cheesecake. It got raving reviews from our guests, and we will probably make it again!

ReplyDeleteOK, this was the best!! Had more of a pudding or custard consistency than a heavy cheesecake, but I really liked that! It satisfied the sweet tooth without too many calories. :-)
